21-Day Workout Challenge with She Jag

We all get busy during the holidays and it can be challenging to stay committed to your workout routine. Challenge Goal: Workout for a minimum of 21 days during December.
This challenge is all about Accountability. We will post a daily CHECK-IN post every evening December 7-28 (except Christmas Day) in the Facebook Group “What Works for Me” by She Jag.
While this challenge is simple, it’s also a powerful tool designed to help commit to a new, healthy habit. Let committing to 21 Days of Exercise lead to a Lifestyle Change!
Exercise for a minimum of 30 minutes per workout. You may do your choice of exercise. If so, just chose a workout routine that fits your current level of fitness, and work at your own pace. OR – feel free to download my simple, yet effective complimentary workout plan from shejag.com. If there is an exercise that is outside your current challenge level, you can choose another exercise. If this workout is not challenging enough, add weights or additional reps and /or sets.
