21-Day Workout


Suggested Goal: Workout for a minimum of 21 out of 30 days.


Why 21 Days? Committing to 21 Days of Exercise can lead to a Lifestyle Change!


Exercise for a minimum of 30 minutes per workout is recommended. If there is an exercise that is outside your current challenge level, you can choose another exercise. If this workout is not challenging enough, add weights or additional reps and /or sets.


Eating clean is a crucial part of a healthy lifestyle. Remember to stay hydrated: Drink at least 64 oz of water each day. To help attain the best results, High Protein/Low Calorie/Low Carb Meal Plans are available at I’ve done all the work so you don’t have to!
